The 3M™ Dual Lock™ Reclosable Fastening System SJ3540 is made of black polypropylene and features a rubber-based adhesive. It is suitable for bonding various plastics, powder-coated paints, and other low surface energy materials. Our reclosable fastening system has a density of 40 mushroom-shaped stems/cm² with a mated thickness of 5.8 mm.

The 3M™ Dual Lock™ Reclosable Fastening System SJ3540 is designed for use with various plastics (acrylic, polycarbonate, and AS), powder-coated paints, and low surface energy materials (polypropylene and polyethylene). It is a polyolefin system with a Type 250 stem density and a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. Our system can be opened and closed up to 1000 times before losing 50% of its original tensile strength, providing long-lasting reliability. This product performs well at low temperatures and withstands up to +50 °C for long-term use (+70 °C for short-term use); it is intended for indoor use only.
