The 3M™ Protective Coverall 4535 offers an excellent balance between comfort and protection. The front is made from a durable, soft, non-woven 60 g/m² material and incorporates a microporous laminate for improved splash protection, combined with a breathable SMMMS back panel. The 3M™ Protective Coverall 4535 meets various standards for protective clothing against chemicals, including EN 1073-2 for radioactive particle protection, EN 1149 for anti-static performance, EN ISO 13688, EN 13034 for liquid splash protection (Type 6), and EN ISO 13982-1 for airborne solid particles (Type 5). It is made from a 60 g/m² microporous laminate that provides excellent splash protection and features a large breathable SMMMS panel. The SMMMS consists of spunbond layers on the inside and outside and three meltblown layers in the middle. This protective garment features a distinctive hood design with a vented panel that is compatible with additional PPE. Two-way zippers and a storm flap make donning and doffing easier and reduce the risk of exposure via the zip. Large breathable back panels reduce the risk of heat stress in warm environments.
