The 2899 masking tape is a blue masking tape with a fine, smooth rice paper backing and an acrylic adhesive, ideal for general painting applications. Its thickness is 0.081 mm and its tensile strength is 30.7 N/cm. It withstands temperatures of 150°C for 1 hour on stainless steel.
