The 3M™ Protective Coverall 4545 is made from a bi-component nonwoven material that offers high tensile strength and is covered with a microporous laminate with very low linting to provide an excellent barrier against hazardous splashes, infectious agents, and particles.

Use the 3M™ Protective Coverall 4545 as an effective barrier against liquid splashes, certain chemicals, and hazardous particles. This new 3M™ Protective Coverall 4545 complies with various standards for chemical protective clothing, including EN 14126 for infectious agents, EN 1073-2 for radioactive particles, EN 13034 for Type 6 liquid splashes, and EN ISO 13982-1 for Type 5 dust. It also meets EN 1149 and EN ISO 13688 standards. It is made from a sophisticated bi-component nonwoven material that offers high tensile strength and is covered with a microporous laminate that allows heat and moisture to evaporate through the micropores. The material offers a good touch and drape, making it comfortable to wear for extended periods and work efficiently. The knitted cuffs, elastic waistband, and ankles provide added comfort and enhance freedom of movement, while the material has a very low level of fiber shedding, reducing environmental contamination. The three-panel hood design is compatible with additional PPE (personal protective equipment). The dual-slider zippers and fully sealable storm flaps reduce the risk of skin exposure and protect against contaminants. The sewn and partially taped seams reduce the risk of leakage and skin exposure, and they may enhance durability. The coverall has an anti-static coating in accordance with EN 1149, which reduces static discharge and can decrease the risk of sparks and ignition.
