These filters are compatible with 3M™ half-face masks in the 6000 series, 6500QL series, 7500 series*, and 3M™ full-face masks in the 6000 series, helping to reduce inventory needs. Comfortable breathing: 3M™ bayonet-type gas and vapor filters are designed to balance breathability and extended service life. They utilize carbon particles to absorb contaminants and filter the air you breathe. 3M™ has designed the filters for easy airflow and long service life by optimizing the carbon bed layers and depth, filter body geometry, and carbon particle size. 3M™ bayonet-type gas and vapor filters provide protection against a wide variety of gases and vapors. These filters are CE-approved for protection against a broad range of gases and vapors depending on the selected model. *Filters 6098 and 6099 are not suitable for use with half masks.
