Our discs combine a durable plastic film backing with fast-cutting, long-lasting aluminium oxide abrasive mineral. Aluminium oxide is a popular choice among industry professionals because of its fast cut and long service life. This mineral creates a tough, durable abrasive that self-fractures during use to continually expose fresh sharp cutting edges. This differs from traditional natural abrasives, which wear down more quickly. Available in 15/17-hole or 7-hole patterns to help prevent dust build-up on the disc surface, significantly increasing cut rate and disc life. Our Hookit™ attachment system allows discs to be changed quickly and reused throughout the product’s service life.
