Scotch® Masking Tape 218 is a high-performance, high-adhesion polypropylene tape suitable for creating clean, sharp lines on long straight paint lines and broad curves. It is often used as a masking tape for high-value and custom multicolour graphics.
Tape 218 is not recommended for outdoor use. This tape is not considered a high-temperature tape, but it can be used in bake cycles up to 120 °C for periods of 30 minutes.
